Information We Collect
- Uploaded Images & URLs: When you upload an image or submit a URL, we process this data to provide the analysis. We do not store your images permanently. They are sent to a third-party API (Sightengine) for analysis and are subject to their data policies. A temporary, compressed thumbnail may be stored for your session history.
- Anonymous User ID: To provide the "Analysis History" feature, we use Firebase Authentication to assign you a temporary, anonymous user ID. This ID is not linked to any personal information like your name, email, or IP address.
- Analysis History: We store the results of your analyses (e.g., probability score, status, source type, and timestamp) linked to your anonymous user ID. This data is stored in our Firebase Firestore database.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
- Display your recent analysis history for your convenience during your session.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service.
Data Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties, except as follows:
- With Service Providers: We share image data with Sightengine to perform the AI detection analysis.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your analysis history is stored to enhance your user experience. You have the ability to clear your entire history at any time using the "Clear All" button on the main page. This action permanently deletes all analysis records associated with your anonymous ID from our database.
Changes to this Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. You agree that you use the service at your own risk and that we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuralens and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
